that's why my MVP approach has worked. My controllers have 0 UI "toolkit" knowledge. UIs are interfaces to the controller.

MVC -> ASP.Net, MVP -> Winforms, MVVM-> Silverlight & WPF, PM-> Anything stateful. That's pretty much it.
