Think it's b/c the item is check out to other user. How to get SPD WF to check out to sys acct? Or update item as checked out user?

I *think* the system acct WF stuff is bc too many things run as the same high perm user.Maybe need a lower level IIS pool usr.

I've had issues here w/ WF and IIS pool identity. What serv accts do u have? I suggest diff 4 IIS from Win Services (SPTimer)

EricaToelle says: Issue w/ SPD WF in 2007: "Check Out" action uses name of whomever started WF. Update list item uses System Account. Require check out is on.
